1.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to concur in the House
Amendment to S. 2372, an Act to amend title 38, United States Code, to
provide outer burial receptacles for remains buried in National Parks,
and for other purposes, the filing deadline for first degree amendments
be 5:00 p.m. and the cloture motion ripen at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, May
21, and the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be waived. (May
17, 2018.)
HOUSE MESSAGE TO ACCOMPANY S. 140
2.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion filed on the
motion to concur with a further amendment in the House Amendment to S.
140, an Act to amend the White Mountain Apache Tribe Water Rights
Quantification Act of 2010 to clarify the use of amounts in the WMAT
Settlement Fund, the mandatory quorum call under Rule XXII be waived.
