S. CON. RES. 36 (ORDER NO. 384)
1.--Ordered, That upon the conclusion of Leader remarks on Thursday,
May 17, 2018, the Senator from Kentucky (Mr. Paul), or his designee, be
recognized to make a motion to proceed to S. Con. Res. 36, a concurrent
resolution setting forth the congressional budget for the United States
Government for fiscal year 2019 and setting forth the appropriate
budgetary levels for fiscal years 2020 through 2028; provided, that
there be up to 90 minutes of debate on the motion with 45 minutes under
the control of Mr. Paul or his designee and 45 minutes under the control
of the Democratic Leader or his designee; provided further, that upon
the use or yielding back of time, the Senate vote in relation to the
motion. (May 16, 2018.)
HOUSE MESSAGE TO ACCOMPANY S. 140
2.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion filed on the
motion to concur with a further amendment in the House Amendment to S.
140, an Act to amend the White Mountain Apache Tribe Water Rights
Quantification Act of 2010 to clarify the use of amounts in the WMAT
Settlement Fund, the mandatory quorum call under Rule XXII be waived.
