1.--Ordered, That following Leader Remarks on Wednesday, April 18,
2018, the Senate resume consideration of S.J. Res. 57, a joint
resolution providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of
title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by Bureau of Consumer
Financial Protection relating to ``Indirect Auto Lending and Compliance
with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act;'' provided, that the time until
12:00 noon be equally divided between the managers or their designees;
provided further, that at 12:00 noon, the Senate vote on passage of S.J.
Res. 57 and, if passed, the motion to reconsider be considered made and
laid upon the table. (Apr. 18, 2018.)
HOUSE MESSAGE TO ACCOMPANY S. 140
2.--Ordered, That following disposition of S.J. Res. 57 on
Wednesday, April 18, 2018, and notwithstanding Rule XXII, the Senate
vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to concur in the
House Amendment to S. 140, an Act to amend the White Mountain Apache
Tribe Water Rights Quantification Act of 2010 to clarify the use of
amounts in the WMAT Settlement Fund, with Amdt. No. 2232, offered by the
Senator from Kentucky (Mr. McConnell); provided, that the mandatory
quorum call under Rule XXII be waived. (Apr. 16, 18, 2018.)
