    1.--Ordered, That following Leader Remarks on Monday, February 12, 
2018, the Senate resume consideration of the motion to proceed to H.R. 
2579, an Act to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow the 
premium tax credit with respect to unsubsidized COBRA continuation 
coverage; provided, that notwithstanding Rule XXII, the vote on the 
motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed occur at 5:30 p.m.; 
provided further, that the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be 
waived. (Feb. 9, 2018.)
