    1.--Ordered, That, following Leader Remarks on Sunday, January 21, 
2018, the Senate resume consideration of House Message to Accompany H.R. 
195, an Act to amend title 44, United States Code, to restrict the 
distribution of free printed copies of the Federal Register to Members 
of Congress and other officers and employees of the United States, and 
for other purposes; provided, that with the respect to the motion to 
invoke cloture on the motion to concur in the House Amendment to the 
Senate Amendment to H.R. 195, the mandatory quorum call be waived. (Jan.
