UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT
H.R. 2810 (ORDER NO. 175)
Ordered, That, on Monday, September 18, 2017, following Leader
remarks, the Senate resume consideration of H.R. 2810, an Act to
authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2018 for military activities of
the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense
activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel
strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; provided, that,
notwithstanding Rule XXII, at 5:30 p.m., Amdt. No. 545, offered by the
Senator from Kentucky (Mr. McConnell) for the Senator from Arizona (Mr.
McCain) be withdrawn; Amdt. No. 1003, as modified, offered by the
Senator from Arizona (Mr. McCain) be agreed to; and the Senate vote on
the motion to invoke cloture on H.R. 2810, as amended; provided further,
that if cloture on H.R. 2810 is invoked, all post-cloture time be
considered expired, and the Senate vote on passage of the bill, as
amended; further, that with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
H.R. 2810, the mandatory quorum call under Rule XXII be waived. (Sept.
