    1.--Ordered, That at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 12, 2016, the 
Senate vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to 
S. 2232, a bill to require a full audit of the Board of Governors of the 
Federal Reserve System and the Federal reserve banks by the Comptroller 
General of the United States, and for other purposes; provided, that 
with respect to the motion to invoke cloture, the mandatory quorum under 
Rule XXII be waived. (Dec. 18, 2015.)

                        H.R. 2685 (ORDER NO. 118)

    2.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion on the motion 
to proceed to H.R. 2685, an act making appropriations for the Department 
of Defense for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016, and for other 
purposes, the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived. (Nov. 3,
