1.--Ordered, That, following Leader Remarks, on Tuesday, December 6,
2016, the Senate resume consideration of the House Message to Accompany
H.R. 34, an act to authorize and strengthen the tsunami detection,
forecast, warning, research, and mitigation program of the National
Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and for other purposes; post-
cloture; provided, that all time during adjournment and recess of the
Senate count post-cloture on the motion to concur; provided further,
that the filing deadline for first degree amendments under Rule XXII be
4:00 p.m. on Monday, December 5, 2016. (Dec. 1, 5, 2016.)
S. 2943 (ORDER NO. 469)
2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the Conference Report Accompanying S. 2943, an original bill to
authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2017 for military activities of
the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense
activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel
strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; provided, that
the mandatory quorum call under Rule XXII be waived. (Dec. 5, 2016.)

3.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
Amdt. No. 4787, offered by the Senator from Kentucky (Mr. McConnell) for
the Senator from Arizona (Mr. McCain), to H.R. 2578, an Act making
appropriations for the Departments of Commerce and Justice, Science, and
Related Agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016, and for
other purposes, the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived; provided
