1.--Ordered, That on Thursday, September 22, 2016, upon the
conclusion of Morning Business, the Senate resume consideration of the
motion to proceed to H.R. 5325, an Act making appropriations for the
Legislative Branch for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017, and
for other purposes; provided, that, notwithstanding Rule XXII, all post-
cloture time with respect to H.R. 5325 expire at 11:00 a.m.; provided
further, that if the motion to proceed to H.R. 5325 is agreed to, the
Senator from Kentucky (Mr. McConnell) be recognized to offer a
substitute amendment; further, that all time during recess or
adjournment of the Senate count post-cloture on the motion to proceed to
H.R. 5325. (Sept. 20, 21, 2016.)
H.R. 2578 (ORDER NO. 120)
2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
Amdt. No. 4787, offered by the Senator from Kentucky (Mr. McConnell) for
the Senator from Arizona (Mr. McCain), to H.R. 2578, an Act making
appropriations for the Departments of Commerce and Justice, Science, and
Related Agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016, and for
other purposes, the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived; provided
further, that the filing deadline under Rule XXII be at 2:30 p.m. on
Tuesday. (June 20, 2016.)

to proceed to H.R. 2685, an act making appropriations for the Department

the motion to proceed to S. 1881, a bill to prohibit Federal funding of
Planned Parenthood Federation of America, the mandatory quorum under
