1.--Ordered, That on Wednesday, September 21, 2016, following Leader
remarks, the Senate resume consideration of the motion to proceed to
H.R. 5325, an Act making appropriations for the Legislative Branch for
the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017, and for other purposes;
provided, that all time during recess or adjournment of the Senate count
post-cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R. 5325. (Sept. 20, 2016.)
S.J. Res. 39
2.--Ordered, That on Wednesday, September 21, 2016, at 11:15 a.m.,
notwithstanding Rule XXII, the Senator from Kentucky (Mr. Paul) or his
designee, be recognized to offer a motion to discharge S.J. Res. 39, a
joint resolution relating to the disapproval of the proposed foreign
military sale to the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia of M1A1/
A2 Abrams Tank structures and other major defense equipment; provided,
that there be up to three hours of debate, equally divided between the
proponents and opponents of the motion, with the Senator from Kentucky
(Mr. Paul) controlling 30 minutes of the proponent time, and with the
Senator from Connecticut (Mr. Murphy) controlling 15 minutes of the
proponent time; provided further, that, following the use or yielding
back of that time, the Senate vote in relation to the motion to
discharge. (Sept. 20, 2016.)

3.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
Amdt. No. 4787, offered by the Senator from Kentucky (Mr. McConnell) for
the Senator from Arizona (Mr. McCain), to H.R. 2578, an Act making
appropriations for the Departments of Commerce and Justice, Science, and
Related Agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016, and for
other purposes, the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived; provided
further, that the filing deadline under Rule XXII be at 2:30 p.m. on
Tuesday. (June 20, 2016.)

to proceed to H.R. 2685, an act making appropriations for the Department
of Defense for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016, and for other

the motion to proceed to S. 1881, a bill to prohibit Federal funding of
Planned Parenthood Federation of America, the mandatory quorum under
