Accompany H.R. 2577, an Act making appropriations for the Departments of
Transportation, and Housing and Urban Development, and related agencies
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016, and for other purposes;
provided, that the motion to invoke cloture ripen at 5:30 p.m.; provided
further, that with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on the
Conference Report, the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived. (July
