                      UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS

                  CONFERENCE REPORT TO ACCOMPANY S. 524

    1.--Ordered, That following Leader Remarks on Wednesday, July 13, 
2016, the Senate resume consideration of the Conference Report to 
Accompany S. 524, a bill to authorize the Attorney General to award 
grants to address the national epidemics of prescription opioid abuse 
and heroin use; provided, that the time until 11:00 a.m. be equally 
divided between the two Leaders or their designees; provided further, 
that, notwithstanding Rule XXII, at 11:00 a.m., the Senate vote on the 
motion to invoke cloture on the Conference Report; further, that if 
cloture is invoked, all time allocated for consideration of H.R. 636 
count post cloture on the Conference Report; provided further, that with 
respect to the motion to invoke cloture on the Conference Report, the 
mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived. (July 11, 12, 2016.)

                         H.R. 636 (ORDER NO. 55)

    2.--Ordered, That on Wednesday, July 13, 2016, notwithstanding Rule 
XXII, the Chair lay before the Senate the Message to Accompany H.R. 636, 
an Act to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to permanently extend 
increased expensing limitations, and for other purposes, following the 
vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Conference Report to 
Accompany S. 524; provided, that the Majority Leader, or his designee, 
be recognized to make a motion to concur in the House amendments to the 
Senate amendments and that the time until 1:45 p.m. be equally divided 
between the Leaders or their designees; provided further, that following 
the use or yielding back of time, the Senate vote on the motion to 
concur with no intervening action or debate. (July 12, 2016.)

                        H.R. 5293 (ORDER NO. 524)

    3.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion on the motion 
to proceed to H.R. 5293, an Act making appropriations for the Department 
of Defense for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017, and for other 
purposes; provided, that with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on 
the motion to proceed, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be 
waived. (June 29, 2016.)

                        H.R. 2578 (ORDER NO. 120)

    4.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on 
Amdt. No. 4787, offered by the Senator from Kentucky (Mr. McConnell) for 
the Senator from Arizona (Mr. McCain), to H.R. 2578, an Act making 
appropriations for the Departments of Commerce and Justice, Science, and 
Related Agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016, and for 
other purposes, the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived; provided 
further, that the filing deadline under Rule XXII be at 2:30 p.m. on

to proceed to H.R. 2685, an act making appropriations for the Department

    6.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on 
the motion to proceed to S. 1881, a bill to prohibit Federal funding of 
Planned Parenthood Federation of America, the mandatory quorum under 
Rule XXII be waived. (Aug. 3, 2015.)

                         S. 1357 (ORDER NO. 86)

    7.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on 
the motion to proceed to S. 1357, a bill to extend authority relating to 
roving surveillance, access to business records, and individual 
terrorists as agents of foreign powers under the Foreign Intelligence 
Surveillance Act of 1978 until July 31, 2015, and for other purposes, 
the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived. (May 23, 2015.)

used to carry out certain Executive actions related to immigration, and
