1.--Ordered, That following Leader Remarks on Tuesday, July 12,
2016, the Senate resume consideration of the Conference Report to
Accompany S. 524, a bill to authorize the Attorney General to award
grants to address the national epidemics of prescription opioid abuse
and heroin use; provided, that the time until 12:30 p.m. be equally
divided between the two Leaders or their designees; provided further,
that with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on the Conference
Report, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be waived. (July
11, 2016.)

2.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion on the motion
to proceed to H.R. 5293, an Act making appropriations for the Department
of Defense for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017, and for other
purposes; provided, that with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be
