1.--Ordered, That upon the conclusion of Morning Business on
Tuesday, June 21, 2016, the Senate resume consideration of H.R. 2578, an
Act making appropriations for the Departments of Commerce and Justice,
Science, and Related Agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30,
2016, and for other purposes; provided, that with respect to the motion
to invoke cloture on Amdt. No. 4787, offered by the Senator from
Kentucky (Mr. McConnell) for the Senator from Arizona (Mr. McCain), the
mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived; provided further, that the
filing deadline under Rule XXII be at 2:30 p.m. (June 20, 2016.)
HOUSE MESSAGE TO ACCOMPANY S. 764
2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to concur in the House amendment to S. 764, a bill to
reauthorize and amend the National Sea Grant College Program Act, and
for other purposes, with Amdt. No. 3450, offered by the Senator from
Kentucky (Mr. McConnell), the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII
be waived. (Mar. 14, 2016.)

to proceed to H.R. 2685, an act making appropriations for the Department
