1.--Ordered, That following Leader remarks on Wednesday, June 8,
2016, the Senate resume consideration of S. 2943, a bill to authorize
appropriations for fiscal year 2017 for military activities of the
Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense
activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel
strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; provided, that
with respect to the motions to invoke cloture on Amdt. No. 4549, offered
by the Senator from Rhode Island (Mr. Reed), and Amdt. No. 4229, offered
by the Senator from Arizona (Mr. McCain), the mandatory quorums under
Rule XXII be waived (June 7, 2016.)

2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to concur in the House amendment to S. 764, a bill to
reauthorize and amend the National Sea Grant College Program Act, and
for other purposes, with Amdt. No. 3450, offered by the Senator from
Kentucky (Mr. McConnell), the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII
be waived. (Mar. 14, 2016.)

3.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion on the motion
to proceed to H.R. 2685, an act making appropriations for the Department
of Defense for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016, and for other

the motion to proceed to S. 1881, a bill to prohibit Federal funding of
