Tuesday, March 8, 2016, the Senate resume consideration of S. 524, a
bill to authorize the Attorney General to award grants to address the
national epidemics of prescription opioid abuse and heroin use;
provided, that all time during Morning Business, recess, and adjournment
of the Senate count post-cloture on Amdt. No. 3378, as amended, offered
by the Senator from Iowa (Mr. Grassley); provided further, that with
respect to the motion to invoke cloture on S. 524, the mandatory quorum
under Rule XXII be waived; further, that the filing deadline for first
degree amendments to Amdt. No. 3378, as amended, and S. 524 be at 3:30
p.m. on Monday, March 7, 2016. (Mar. 3, 7, 2016.)

2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motions to invoke cloture on
Amdt. No. 2953, offered by the Senator from Alaska (Ms. Murkowski), and

Rule XXII be waived; provided, that the filing deadline for all first
