1.--Ordered, That upon the conclusion of Morning Business on
Tuesday, February 2, 2016, the Senate resume consideration of S. 2012, a
bill to provide for the modernization of the energy policy of the United
States, and for other purposes; provided, that it be in order to call up
the following admendments:
--Lee Amdt. No. 3023;
--Franken Amdt. No. 3115.
Ordered further, That the time between 2:15 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. be
equally divided in the usual form; provided, that at 2:30 p.m., the
Senate vote in relation to the above amendments in the order listed;
provided further, that there be 2 minutes of debate equally divided
prior to each vote; further, that no second degree amendments be in
order prior to the votes and that a 60 vote affirmative threshold be
required for adoption. (Feb. 1, 2016.)

2.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion on the motion
to proceed to H.R. 2685, an act making appropriations for the Department
of Defense for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016, and for other

the motion to proceed to S. 1881, a bill to prohibit Federal funding of
