1.--Ordered, That following Leader Remarks on Thursday, January 28,
2016, the Senate resume consideration of S. 2012, a bill to provide for
the modernization of the energy policy of the United States, and for
other purposes; provided, that the time until 12:00 noon be equally
divided between the managers and their designees and that at noon, the
Senate vote on to Amdt. No. 3021 offered by the Senator from Idaho (Mr.
Crapo); provided further, that upon its disposition, the time equally
divided between the two managers or their designees; further, that at
1:45 p.m., the Senate vote in on Amdt. No. 2965 offered by the Senator
from Hawaii (Mr. Schatz); provided further, that no second degree
amendments be in order to Amdt. 3021 or Amdt. No. 2965. (Jan. 27, 2016.)

2.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion on the motion
to proceed to H.R. 2685, an act making appropriations for the Department
of Defense for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016, and for other
purposes, the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived. (Nov. 3,

3.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S. 1881, a bill to prohibit Federal funding of
Planned Parenthood Federation of America, the mandatory quorum under
