    1.--Ordered, That at 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday, January 12, 2016, the 
Senate resume consideration of the motion to proceed to S. 2232, a bill 
to require a full audit of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve 
System and the Federal reserve banks by the Comptroller General of the 
United States, and for other purposes; provided, that the time until 
2:30 be equally divided between the Leaders or their designees and that 
at 2:30 p.m. the Senate vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the 
motion to proceed; provided, that with respect to the motion to invoke 
cloture, the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived. (Dec. 18, 2015,

    2.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion on the motion
