UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS
HOUSE MESSAGE TO ACCOMPANY H.R. 2029
1.--Ordered, That when the Senate receives the Message to Accompany
H.R. 2029, an act making appropriations for military construction, the
Department of Veterans Affairs, and related agencies for the fiscal year
ending September 30, 2016, and for other purposes, the Majority Leader
be recognized to make a motion to concur in the House amendments to the
Senate amendment to H.R. 2029; provided, that if a cloture motion is
filed on the motion to concur, that notwithstanding Rule XXII, the
Senate immediately vote on the motion to invoke cloture.
Ordered further, That if cloture is invoked, all post-cloture time
be yielded back, and the Majority Leader or his designee be recognized
to make a motion to table the first House amendment; provided, that upon
disposition of the motion to table, if a budget point of order is
raised, the Majority Leader or his designee be recognized to make a
motion to waive the point of order.
Ordered further, That upon disposition of the motion to waive, the
Senate vote on the motion to concur in the House amendments; provided,
that no further motions or amendments be in order unless the motion to
table is agreed to or the point of order is sustained; provided further,
that there be two minutes of debate equally divided in the usual form
prior to each vote. (Dec. 17, 2015.)
H.R. 2685 (ORDER NO. 118)
2.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion on the motion
to proceed to H.R. 2685, an act making appropriations for the Department
of Defense for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016, and for other
purposes, the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived. (Nov. 3,
2015.)
S. 1881 (ORDER NO. 169)
3.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S. 1881, a bill to prohibit Federal funding of
Planned Parenthood Federation of America, the mandatory quorum under
Rule XXII be waived. (Aug. 3, 2015.)

4.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S. 1357, a bill to extend authority relating to
roving surveillance, access to business records, and individual
terrorists as agents of foreign powers under the Foreign Intelligence
Surveillance Act of 1978 until July 31, 2015, and for other purposes,
the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived. (May 23, 2015.)

5.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S. 534, a bill to prohibit funds from being
used to carry out certain Executive actions related to immigration, and
for other purposes, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be
