1.--Ordered, That following Leader Remarks on Thursday, October 22,
2015, the Senate resume consideration of S. 754, a bill to improve
cybersecurity in the United States through enhanced sharing of
information about cybersecurity threats, and for other purposes;
provided, that the time until 11:00 a.m. be equally divided between the
two Leaders or their designees; provided further, that if cloture is
invoked on Amdt. No. 2716, offered by the Senator from North Carolina
(Mr. Burr), the Senate vote in relation to Amdt. No. 2564 as modified,
offered by Mr. Burr for the Senator from Kentucky (Mr. Paul), with 10
minutes divided in the usual form prior to the vote; further, that it be
in order for the Majority bill manager or his designees to offer up to
10 first degree amendments relevant to the subject matter and for the
Democratic bill manager or her designees to offer up to 11 first degree
amendments relevant to the subject matter; further, that the filing
deadline for all amendments in the second degree to both Amdt. No. 2716
and S. 754 be 10:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 22, 2015. (Aug. 5, Oct.

H.R. 2029 (ORDER NO. 98)
2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to H.R. 2029, an act making appropriations for
military construction, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and related
agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016, and for other
purposes, the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived. (Sept. 30,
2015.)

3.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S. 1881, a bill to prohibit Federal funding of
Planned Parenthood Federation of America, the mandatory quorum under

the motion to proceed to S. 1357, a bill to extend authority relating to
