A joint resolution amending the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to
exempt employees with health coverage under TRICARE or the Veterans
Administration from being taken into account for purposes of determining
the employers to which the employer mandate applies under the Patient

1.--Ordered, That at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader
in consultation with the Democratic Leader, the Senate proceed to the
consideration of S. 754, a bill to improve cybersecurity in the United
States through enhanced sharing of information about cybersecurity
threats, and for other purposes; provided, that the Senator from North
Carolina (Mr. Burr) be recognized to offer the Burr/Feinstein substitute
amendment; provided further, that it be in order for the Majority bill
manager or his designees to offer up to 10 first degree amendments
relevant to the subject matter and for the Democratic bill manager or
her designees to offer up to 11 first degree amendments relevant to the
subject matter. (Aug. 5, 2015.)
S. 1881 (ORDER NO. 169)
2.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion on the motion
to proceed to S. 1881, a bill to prohibit Federal funding of Planned
Parenthood Federation of America, the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII

3.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S. 1357, a bill to extend authority relating to
roving surveillance, access to business records, and individual
terrorists as agents of foreign powers under the Foreign Intelligence
Surveillance Act of 1978 until July 31, 2015, and for other purposes,
the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived. (May 23, 2015.)

the motion to proceed to S. 534, a bill to prohibit funds from being
used to carry out certain Executive actions related to immigration, and
