                      UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS

                      H.J. RES. 61 (ORDER NO. 170)

    1.--Ordered, That following Leader remarks on Thursday, September 
24, 2015, the Senate resume consideration of H.J. Res. 61, a joint 
resolution amending the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to exempt 
employees with health coverage under TRICARE or the Veterans 
Administration from being taken into account for purposes of determining 
the employers to which the employer mandate applies under the Patient 
Protection and Affordable Care Act; provided, that the time until 2:00 
p.m. be equally divided between the two Leaders or their designees; 
provided further, that notwithstanding Rule XXII, the cloture motion 
with respect to Amdt. No. 2669, offered by the Senator from Kentucky 
(Mr. McConnell), ripen at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 24; further, 
that the filing deadline for all first degree amendments and second 
degree amendments to Amdt. No. 2669 be 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 
24; further, that with respect to the cloture motion on Amdt. No. 2669, 
the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be waived. (Sept. 22, 
2015.)

                          S. 754 (ORDER NO. 28)

    2.--Ordered, That at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader 
in consultation with the Democratic Leader, the Senate proceed to the 
consideration of S. 754, a bill to improve cybersecurity in the United 
States through enhanced sharing of information about cybersecurity 
threats, and for other purposes; provided, that the Senator from North 
Carolina (Mr. Burr) be recognized to offer the Burr/Feinstein substitute 
amendment; provided further, that it be in order for the Majority bill 
manager or his designees to offer up to 10 first degree amendments 
relevant to the subject matter and for the Democratic bill manager or 
her designees to offer up to 11 first degree amendments relevant to the 
subject matter. (Aug. 5, 2015.)

                         H.R. 36 (ORDER NO. 230)

    3.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion on the motion 
to proceed to H.R. 36, an Act to amend title 18, United States Code, to 
protect pain-capable unborn children, and for other purposes, the 
mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived. (Sept. 22, 2015.)

                         S. 1881 (ORDER NO. 169)

    4.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion on the motion 
to proceed to S. 1881, a bill to prohibit Federal funding of Planned 
Parenthood Federation of America, the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII 
be waived. (Aug. 3, 2015.)

    5.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on 
the motion to proceed to S. 1357, a bill to extend authority relating to 
roving surveillance, access to business records, and individual 
terrorists as agents of foreign powers under the Foreign Intelligence 
Surveillance Act of 1978 until July 31, 2015, and for other purposes, 
the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived. (May 23, 2015.)

                          S. 534 (ORDER NO. 22)

    6.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on 
the motion to proceed to S. 534, a bill to prohibit funds from being 
used to carry out certain Executive actions related to immigration, and 
for other purposes, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be
