Senate resume consideration of the motion to proceed to S. 754, a bill
to improve cybersecurity in the United States through enhanced sharing
of information about cybersecurity threats, and for other purposes.

2.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion on the motion
to proceed to S. 1881, a bill to prohibit Federal funding of Planned
Parenthood Federation of America, the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII

3.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion on the motion
to proceed to H.R. 2685, an Act making appropriations for the Department
of Defense for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016, and for other
