                      UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS

                         S. 1881 (ORDER NO. 169)

    1.--Ordered, That on Monday, August 3, 2015, following Leader 
Remarks, the Senate resume consideration of the motion to proceed to S. 
1881, a bill to prohibit Federal funding of Planned Parenthood 
Federation of America; provided, that notwithstanding Rule XXII, at 5:30 
p.m., the Senate vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to 
proceed to S. 1881. (July 30, 2015.)

                                H.R. 3236

    2.--Ordered, That on Thursday, July 30, 2015, if the Senate receives 
the papers for H.R. 3236, to provide an extension of Federal-aid 
highway, highway safety, motor carrier safety, transit, and other 
programs funded out of the Highway Trust Fund, to provide resource 
flexibility to the Department of Veterans Affairs for health care 
services, and for other purposes, the Senate proceed to its immediate 
consideration at 1:45 p.m.; provided, that the bill be read three times 
and the Senate vote on passage of the bill with no intervening action or 
debate; provided further, that there be a 60 affirmative vote threshold 
for passage of the bill and that, following passage, the motion to 
reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table. (July 29, 2015.)

                        H.R. 2685 (ORDER NO. 118)

    3.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion on the motion 
to proceed to H.R. 2685, an Act making appropriations for the Department 
of Defense for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016, and for other 
purposes, the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived. (June 18, 
2015.)

                         S. 1357 (ORDER NO. 86)

    4.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on 
the motion to proceed to S. 1357, a bill to extend authority relating to 
roving surveillance, access to business records, and individual 
terrorists as agents of foreign powers under the Foreign Intelligence 
Surveillance Act of 1978 until July 31, 2015, and for other purposes, 
the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived. (May 23, 2015.)

                          S. 534 (ORDER NO. 22)

    5.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on 
the motion to proceed to S. 534, a bill to prohibit funds from being 
used to carry out certain Executive actions related to immigration, and 
for other purposes, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be 
waived. (Feb. 27, 2015.)
