reauthorize the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to ensure 
that every child achieves; provided, that at 10:45 a.m. the Senate vote 
on the following amendments in the order listed:

    Ordered further, That the following amendments be subject to a 60 
affirmative vote threshold for adoption:

    Ordered further, That no second degree amendments be in order to the 
amendments above prior to the votes; provided, that there be 2 minutes 
of debate equally divided prior to each vote; provided further, that all 
votes after the first vote in each series be 10 minutes in length.
    Ordered further, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture 
on S. 1177, the mandatory quorum call required under Rule XXII be 
waived; provided further, that with respect to Amdt. No. 2089, offered 
by the Senator from Tennessee (Mr. Alexander), the filing deadline for 
all amendments in the first degree be 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 
2015 and the filing deadline for amendments in the second degree be 
10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2015; further, that with respect to 
cloture on Amdt. No. 2089, all time during the adjournment of the Senate 
count post-cloture. (July 13, 14, 15, 2015.)

    2.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion on the motion 
to proceed to H.R. 2685, an Act making appropriations for the Department 
of Defense for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016, and for other 
purposes, the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived. (June 18, 
2015.)

                         S. 1357 (ORDER NO. 86)

    3.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on 
the motion to proceed to S. 1357, a bill to extend authority relating to 
roving surveillance, access to business records, and individual 
terrorists as agents of foreign powers under the Foreign Intelligence 
Surveillance Act of 1978 until July 31, 2015, and for other purposes, 
the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived. (May 23, 2015.)

                          S. 534 (ORDER NO. 22)

    4.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on 
the motion to proceed to S. 534, a bill to prohibit funds from being 
used to carry out certain Executive actions related to immigration, and 
for other purposes, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be
