    1.--Ordered, That on Wednesday, June 24, 2015, following Leader 
Remarks, the Senate resume consideration on the motion to concur in the 
House amendment to the Senate amendment to H.R. 2146, an Act to amend 
the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow Federal law enforcement 
officers, firefighters, and air traffic controllers to make penalty-free 
withdrawals from governmental plans after age 50, and for other 
purposes; provided, that all time during adjournment of the Senate count 
post-cloture; provided further, that the filing deadline for all first 
degree amendments be 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 22, 2015 and all second 
degree amendments be 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2015. (June 18, 23, 
2015.)

                  HOUSE MESSAGE TO ACCOMPANY H.R. 1295

    2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on 
the motion to concur with an amendment in the House amendment to the 
Senate amendment to H.R. 1295, an Act to extend the African Growth and 
Opportunity Act, the Generalized System of Preferences, the preferential 
duty treatment program for Haiti, and for other purposes, the mandatory 
quorum under Rule XXII be waived; provided, that the filing deadline for 
all first degree amendments be 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 22, 2015 and 
all second degree amendments be 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2015.

    3.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion on the motion 
to proceed to H.R. 2685, an Act making appropriations for the Department 
of Defense for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016, and for other 
purposes, the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived. (June 18,

                         S. 1357 (ORDER NO. 86)

    4.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on 
the motion to proceed to S. 1357, a bill to extend authority relating to 
roving surveillance, access to business records, and individual 
terrorists as agents of foreign powers under the Foreign Intelligence 
Surveillance Act of 1978 until July 31, 2015, and for other purposes, 
the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived. (May 23, 2015.)

                          S. 534 (ORDER NO. 22)

    5.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on 
the motion to proceed to S. 534, a bill to prohibit funds from being 
used to carry out certain Executive actions related to immigration, and 
for other purposes, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be
