1.--Ordered, That on Thursday, June 18, 2015, following Morning
Business, the Senate resume consideration of H.R. 1735, an Act to
authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2016 for military activities of
the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense
activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel
strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; provided, that
all time during Morning Business and the adjournment of the Senate count
post-cloture on H.R. 1735; provided further, that the time count as if
cloture was invoked at 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17, 2015. (June 17,
2015.)
S. 1357 (ORDER NO. 86)
2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S. 1357, a bill to extend authority relating to
roving surveillance, access to business records, and individual
terrorists as agents of foreign powers under the Foreign Intelligence
Surveillance Act of 1978 until July 31, 2015, and for other purposes,
the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived. (May 23, 2015.)
S. 534 (ORDER NO. 22)
3.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S. 534, a bill to prohibit funds from being
used to carry out certain Executive actions related to immigration, and
for other purposes, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be
waived. (Feb. 27, 2015.)
