                      UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS

                        H.R. 1735 (ORDER NO. 99)

    1.--Ordered, That on Tuesday, June 16, 2015, following Leader 
Remarks, the Senate resume consideration of H.R. 1735, an Act to 
authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2016 for military activities of 
the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense 
activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel 
strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; provided, that 
the time until 11:30 a.m. be equally divided in the usual form; provided 
further, that at 11:30 a.m., notwithstanding the provisions of Rule 
XXII, the Senate vote in relation to Amdt. No. 1889, offered by the 
Senator from California (Mrs. Feinstein) on behalf of the Senator from 
Arizona (Mr. McCain); further, that there be no second degree amendments 
in order to Amdt. No. 1889 prior to the vote.
    Ordered further, That at 2:15 p.m., the Senate vote in relation to 
Amdt. No. 1549, offered by the Senator from Arizona (Mr. McCain) on 
behalf of the Senator from Iowa (Mrs. Ernst), followed by a vote in 
relation to Amdt. No. 1578, offered by the Senator from Rhode Island 
(Mr. Reed) on behalf of the Senator from New York (Mrs. Gillibrand); 
provided, that there be no second degree amendments in order to Amdt. 
No. 1549 or Amdt. No. 1578 prior to the votes; provided further, that 
Amdt. No. 1549 and Amdt. No. 1578 be subject to a 60 affirmative vote 
threshold; further, that the Senate then vote on the cloture motion with 
respect to substitute Amdt. No. 1463, offered by the Senator from 
Arizona (Mr. McCain).
    Ordered further, That with respect to both H.R. 1735 and substitute 
Amdt. No. 1463, the filing deadline for all first degree amendments be 
4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 15, 2015, and all second degree amendments be 
12:15 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16, 2015; provided further, that the regular 
order with respect to the following pending amendments to substitute 
Amdt. No. 1463 be as follows regardless of the order in which they were 
offered:
        --McCain Amdt. No. 1456;
        --Cornyn Amdt. No. 1486;
        --Markey Amdt. No. 1645;
        --McCain (for Paul) (as modified) Amdt. No. 1543; and
        --Reed (for Durbin) (as modified) Amdt. No. 1559.

                         S. 1357 (ORDER NO. 86)

    2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on 
the motion to proceed to S. 1357, a bill to extend authority relating to 
roving surveillance, access to business records, and individual 
terrorists as agents of foreign powers under the Foreign Intelligence 
Surveillance Act of 1978 until July 31, 2015, and for other purposes, 
the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived. (May 23, 2015.)

                          S. 534 (ORDER NO. 22)

    3.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on 
the motion to proceed to S. 534, a bill to prohibit funds from being 
used to carry out certain Executive actions related to immigration, and 
for other purposes, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be 
waived. (Feb. 27, 2015.)
