    1.--Ordered, That following Morning Business on Monday, May 18, 
2015, the Senate resume consideration of H.R. 1314, an Act to amend the 
Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide for a right to an 
administrative appeal relating to adverse determinations of tax-exempt 
status of certain organizations; provided, that the time until 5:30 p.m. 
be equally divided between the two managers or their designees; provided 
further, that at 5:30 p.m., the Senate vote in relation to Amdt. No. 
1242, offered by the Senator from Ohio (Mr. Brown), then vote in 
relation to Amdt. No. 1237, offered by the Senator from Oklahoma (Mr. 
Lankford); further, that no second degree amendments be in order prior 
to the votes and there be a 60 affirmative vote threshold for adoption 
of each amendment. (May 14, 2015.)

                          S. 534 (ORDER NO. 22)

    2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on 
the motion to proceed to S. 534, a bill to prohibit funds from being 
used to carry out certain Executive actions related to immigration, and 
for other purposes, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be 
waived. (Feb. 27, 2015.)
