    1.--Ordered, That upon the conclusion of Morning Business on 
Wednesday, May 6, 2015, the Senate resume consideration of H.R. 1191, an 
Act to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to ensure that emergency 
services volunteers are not taken into account as employees under the 
shared responsibility requirements contained in the Patient Protection 
and Affordable Care Act; provided, that the mandatory quorum calls under 
Rule XXII be waived with respect to the cloture motions filed on May 5, 
2015. (May 5, 2015.)

                          S. 534 (ORDER NO. 22)

    2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on 
the motion to proceed to S. 534, a bill to prohibit funds from being 
used to carry out certain Executive actions related to immigration, and 
for other purposes, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be
