                      UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS

                     S. CON. RES. 11 (ORDER NO. 31)

    1.--Ordered, That on Tuesday, March 24, 2015, following Leader 
remarks, the Senate resume consideration of S. Con. Res. 11, setting 
forth the congressional budget for the United States Government for 
fiscal year 2016, and so forth and for other purposes, and that there be 
38 hours of debate time remaining; provided, that all time during the 
recess on March 24 for the weekly conference meetings count against the 
time remaining; provided further, that all time spent in quorum calls be 
equally divided and count against the resolution time. (Mar. 23, 2015.)

                          S. 178 (ORDER NO. 26)

    2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture filed 
on S. 178, a bill to provide justice for the victims of trafficking, on 
March 12, 2015, the filing deadline for first degree amendments be 5:00 
p.m. on Monday, March 16, 2015 and the filing deadline for second degree 
amendments be 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 17, 2015; provided, that with 
respect to the motions to invoke cloture on S. 178 and the motion to 
invoke cloture on the committee reported substitute to S. 178, the 
mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be waived. (Mar. 12, 16, 17, 
18, 2015.)

                          S. 534 (ORDER NO. 22)

    3.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on 
the motion to proceed to S. 534, a bill to prohibit funds from being 
used to carry out certain Executive actions related to immigration, and 
for other purposes, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be 
waived. (Feb. 27, 2015.)
