                          VETO MESSAGE ON S. 1

    1.--Ordered, That at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader 
in consultation with the Democratic Leader, but no later than March 3, 
2015, the Senate proceed to the consideration of the veto message on S. 
1, an act to approve the Keystone XL Pipeline.
    Ordered further, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture 
on the veto message, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be 
waived. (Feb. 24, Mar. 2, 2015.)

    2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on 
the motion to proceed to S. 534, a bill to prohibit funds from being 
used to carry out certain Executive actions related to immigration, and 
for other purposes, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be
