    1.--Ordered, That following Leader remarks on Monday, March 2, 2015, 
the Senate resume consideration of the House Message to accompany H.R. 
240, an act making appropriations for the Department of Homeland 
Security for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2015, and for other 
purposes. (Feb. 27, 2015.)

                          S. 534 (ORDER NO. 22)

    2.--Ordered, That on Friday, February 27, 2015, following the vote 
on passage of H.R. 240, there be two minutes of debate equally divided 
prior to a vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed 
to S. 534, a bill to prohibit funds from being used to carry out certain 
Executive actions related to immigration, and for other purposes. (Feb. 
26, 2015.)

                          VETO MESSAGE ON S. 1

    3.--Ordered, That at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader 
in consultation with the Democratic Leader, but no later than March 3, 
2015, the Senate proceed to the consideration of the veto message on S. 
1, a bill to approve the Keystone XL Pipeline.
    Ordered further, That the veto message be considered as read and 
that it be printed in the Record and spread in full upon the Journal; 
provided, that the message be held at the desk. (Feb. 24, 2015.)
