    Ordered, That on Friday, January 16, 2015 following any Leader 
remarks, the Senate resume consideration of S. 1, a bill to approve the 
Keystone XL Pipeline; provided, that the following amendments be in 
order to be offered during this week's session by the Senator from 
Alaska (Ms. Murkowski) and the Senator from Washington (Ms. Cantwell), 
or their designees:
        Markey Amdt. No. 13;
        Portman Amdt. No. 3; and
        Franken Amdt. No. 17;
provided further, that consideration of these amendments and the bill be 
for debate only during this week's consideration of the bill. (Jan. 13, 
2015.)
