UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS
S. 1845 (ORDER NO. 265)
1.--Ordered, That following Leader remarks on Tuesday, January 14,
2014, the Senate resume consideration of S. 1845, a bill to provide for
the extension of certain unemployment benefits, and for other purposes;
provided, that the time until 12:30 p.m. be equally divided and
controlled between the two Leaders or their designees, with the Majority
controlling the first 30 minutes and the Republicans controlling the
second 30 minutes; provided further, that the time from 2:15 p.m. to
2:30 p.m. be equally divided and controlled between the two Leaders;
further, that the vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Amdt. No. 2631
occur at 2:30 p.m.; further, that the vote on the motion to invoke
cloture on S. 1845 occur following disposition of Amdt. No. 2631, or, if
cloture is not invoked on Amdt. No. 2631, the Senate immediately vote on
the motion to invoke cloture on S. 1845.
Ordered further, That the filing deadline for first degree
amendments to S. 1845 be 3:00 p.m. on Monday, January 13, 2014, and the
filing deadline for second degree amendments to Amdt. No. 2631, offered
by the Senator from Nevada (Mr. Reid) be 4:30 p.m. on Monday, January
13, 2014.
Ordered further, That the filing deadline for second degree
amendments to S. 1845 be 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 14, 2014.
Ordered further, That with respect to the motions to invoke cloture
on Amdt. No. 2631 and S. 1845, the mandatory quorums required under Rule
XXII be waived. (Jan. 9, 13, 2014.)
S. 1197 (ORDER NO. 91)
2.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion on S. 1197, an
original bill to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2014 for
military activities of the Department of Defense, for military
construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to
prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for
other purposes, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be waived.
Ordered further, That the filing deadline for first degree
amendments be 1:00 p.m. and that the filing deadline for second degree
amendments be 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 21, 2013. (Nov. 20, 2013.)

3.--Ordered, That with respect to the conference on S. Con. Res. 8
an original concurrent resolution setting forth the congressional budget
for the United States Government for fiscal year 2014, revising the
appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal year 2013, and setting forth the
appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal years 2015 through 2023, the
conferees on the part of the Senate are instructed to report back a
conference report by December 13, 2013.
Ordered further, That it not be in order for the Senate to consider
a conference report with respect to H. Con. Res. 25 or S. Con. Res. 8 if
it includes reconciliation instructions to raise the debt limit. (Oct.

4.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion filed on the
motion to proceed to S. 1569, a bill to ensure the complete and timely
payment of the obligations of the United States Government until
December 31, 2014, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be
waived. (Oct. 10, 2013.)

5.--Ordered, That with respect to S. 1392, a bill to promote energy
savings in residential buildings and industry, and for other purposes;
no amendments or motions be in order relative to Syria or the use of

6.--Ordered, That the text of H.R. 2610, as reported by the House
Appropriations Committee, be deemed House-passed text for the purposes
of Rule XVI for S. 1243, an original bill making appropriations for the
Departments of Transportation, and Housing and Urban Development, and
related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2014, and for
other purposes.
