UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS
S. 954 (ORDER NO. 73)
1.--Ordered, That on Thursday, May 23, 2013, following the cloture
vote on the Srinivasan nomination and notwithstanding cloture having
been invoked, if invoked, the Senate resume Legislative Session and
consideration of S. 954, an original bill to reauthorize agricultural
programs through 2018; provided, that the Senate vote in relation to
Amdt. No. 965, offered by the Senator from Vermont (Mr. Sanders);
provided further, that there be no second degree amendments in order to
the amendment prior to the vote, and that the amendment be subject to a
60-affirmative vote threshold. (May 22, 2013.)
H.R. 475
2.--Ordered, That if the Senate receives H.R. 475, to amend the
Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to include vaccines against seasonal
influenza within the definition of taxable vaccines, from the House of
Representatives and the bill is identical to the text at the desk, then
the bill be read three times and the Senate vote, at a time to be
determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Republican
Leader, with no intervening action or debate. (Apr. 23, 2013.)
