1.--Ordered, That upon the conclusion of Morning Business on
Thursday, May 9, 2013, the Senate resume consideration of S. 601, a bill
to provide for the conservation and development of water and related
resources, to authorize the Secretary of the Army to construct various
projects for improvements to rivers and harbors of the United States,
and for other purposes; provided, that Blunt Amdt. No. 800 be the next
amendment in order to the bill; provided further, that no second degree
amendments be in order to the amendment prior to a vote in relation to
the amendment.
Ordered further, That substitute Amdt. No. 799, as amended, be
agreed to and be considered original text for the purposes of further
amendment. (May 7, 8, 2013.)

2.--Ordered, That if the Senate receives H.R. 475, to amend the
Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to include vaccines against seasonal
influenza within the definition of taxable vaccines, from the House of
Representatives and the bill is identical to the text at the desk, then
the bill be read three times and the Senate vote, at a time to be
determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Republican
Leader, with no intervening action or debate. (Apr. 23, 2013.)
