    1.--Ordered, That at 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7, 2013, the motion 
to proceed to S. 601, a bill to provide for the conservation and 
development of water and related resources, to authorize the Secretary 
of the Army to construct various projects for improvements to rivers and 
harbors of the United States, and for other purposes, be agreed to, and 
the Senate proceed to consideration of the bill. (May 6, 2013.)

                                H.R. 475

    2.--Ordered, That if the Senate receives H.R. 475, to amend the 
Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to include vaccines against seasonal 
influenza within the definition of taxable vaccines, from the House of 
Representatives and the bill is identical to the text at the desk, then 
the bill be read three times and the Senate vote, at a time to be 
determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Republican 
Leader, with no intervening action or debate. (Apr. 23, 2013.)
