                       UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT

                           S. 47 (ORDER NO. 1)

    Ordered, That following any Leader remarks on Tuesday, February 12, 
2013, the Senate resume consideration of S. 47, a bill to reauthorize 
the Violence Against Women Act of 1994; provided, that the following be 
the only first degree amendments in order to the bill:
        Leahy Amdt. No. 21;
        Portman Amdt. No. 10;
        Murkowski Amdt. No. 11;
        Coburn Amdt. No. 15;
        Coburn Amdt. No. 16.
    Ordered further, That on Tuesday, February 12, 2013, the time until 
11:00 a.m. be equally divided between the two Leaders, or their 
designees, prior to votes in relation to the amendments in the order 
listed and passage of the bill, as amended, if amended; provided, that 
all after the first vote be 10 minute votes, and that there be two 
minutes equally divided prior to each vote; provided further, that there 
be no amendments in order to any of the amendments listed prior to votes 
in relation to the amendments. (Feb. 7, 11, 2013.)
