1.--Ordered, That upon the conclusion of Morning Business on
Wednesday, December 5, 2012, the Senate proceed to the consideration of
H.R. 6156, an act to authorize the extension of nondiscriminatory
treatment (normal trade relations treatment) to products of the Russian
Federation and Moldova and to require reports on the compliance of the
Russian Federation with its obligations as a member of the World Trade
Organization, and for other purposes. (Dec. 4, 2012).
S. 3525 (ORDER NO. 504)
2.--Ordered, That S. 3525, a bill to protect and enhance
opportunities for recreational hunting, fishing, and shooting, and for
other purposes, be returned to the Calendar status quo; provided, that
at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader after consultation
with the Republican Leader, it be in order for the Majority Leader to
resume consideration of S. 3525. (Nov. 26, 2012.)
S. 3220 (ORDER NO. 410)
3.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S. 3220, a bill to amend the Fair Labor
Standards Act of 1938 to provide more effective remedies to victims of
discrimination in the payment of wages on the basis of sex, and for
other purposes, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be waived.
