1.--Ordered, That on Monday, July 30, 2012, if cloture is not
invoked on the Bacharach nomination, the Senate resume Legislative
Session and adopt the motion to proceed to S. 3414, a bill to enhance
the security and resiliency of the cyber and communications
infrastructure of the United States; provided, that if cloture is
invoked on the Bacharach nomination, upon disposition of that
nomination, the Senate resume Legislative Session and adopt the motion
to proceed to S. 3414. (July 26, 2012.)
S. 3220 (ORDER NO. 410)
2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S. 3220, a bill to amend the Fair Labor
Standards Act of 1938 to provide more effective remedies to victims of
discrimination in the payment of wages on the basis of sex, and for
other purposes, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be waived.
