1.--Ordered, That on Tuesday, July 17, 2012, at 3:00 p.m., the
motion to proceed to the motion to reconsider the vote by which cloture
was not invoked on the motion to proceed to S. 3369, a bill to amend the
Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to provide for additional
disclosure requirements for corporations, labor organizations, Super
PACs and other entities, and for other purposes, be agreed to, that the
motion to reconsider be agreed to, and the Senate vote on the motion to
invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 3369, upon
reconsideration. (July 17, 2012.)
S. 3220 (ORDER NO. 410)
2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S. 3220, a bill to amend the Fair Labor
Standards Act of 1938 to provide more effective remedies to victims of
discrimination in the payment of wages on the basis of sex, and for
other purposes, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be waived.
