in the order listed alternating between Republican and Democratic
sponsored amendments; provided that there be no amendments or motions in
order to the amendments prior to the votes, other than motions to waive
points of order and motions to table; provided further, that there be 2
minutes of debate equally divided in the usual form in between the votes
and that all after the first vote be 10 minute votes and that each of
the following amendments be subject to a 60 affirmative vote threshold:

debate equally divided in the usual form prior to a vote on passage of
the bill as amended; provided, that passage of the bill be subject to a

2.--Ordered, That on Wednesday, June 20, 2012, following Leader
remarks, the Republican Leader be recognized to move to proceed to the
consideration of S.J. Res. 37, a joint resolution disapproving of a rule
promulgated by the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency
relating to emissions standards for certain steam generating units;
provided, that the time until 11:30 a.m. be equally divided and
controlled between the two Leaders, or their designees, with the
Republicans controlling the first 15 minutes and the Majority
controlling the second 15 minutes; provided further, that at 11:30 a.m.,
the Senate vote on the adoption of the motion to proceed.
Ordered further, That if the motion to proceed is successful, then
the time for debate with respect to the resolution be equally divided
between the two Leaders, or their designees; provided, that upon the use
or yielding back of time, the joint resolution be read a third time and
the Senate vote on passage of the joint resolution.
Ordered further, That all other provisions of the statute governing
the consideration of the joint resolution remain in effect. (June 18,

S. 3220 (ORDER NO. 410)
3.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S. 3220, a bill to amend the Fair Labor
Standards Act of 1938 to provide more effective remedies to victims of
discrimination in the payment of wages on the basis of sex, and for
other purposes, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be waived.
