    1.--Ordered, That upon disposition of Executive Calendar No. 607, 
the nomination of Andrew David Hurwitz, the Senate resume Legislative 
Session and agree to the motion to proceed to S. 3240, an original bill 
to reauthorize agricultural programs through 2017, and for other 
purposes. (June 7, 2012.)

                         S. 3220 (ORDER NO. 410)

    2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on 
the motion to proceed to S. 3220, a bill to amend the Fair Labor 
Standards Act of 1938 to provide more effective remedies to victims of 
discrimination in the payment of wages on the basis of sex, and for 
other purposes, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be waived.
