                      UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS

                         S. 3240 (ORDER NO. 415)

    1.--Ordered, That if cloture is invoked on Monday, June 11, 2012 on 
Executive Calendar No. 607, the nomination of Andrew David Hurwitz, that 
upon disposition of the nomination, the Senate resume Legislative 
Session and agree to the motion to proceed to S. 3240, an original bill 
to reauthorize agricultural programs through 2017, and for other 
purposes.
    Ordered further, That if cloture is not invoked on Executive 
Calendar No. 607, the Senate resume Legislative Session and the motion 
to proceed to S. 3240, and at 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday, June 12, 2012, the 
motion to proceed to S. 3240 be agreed to. (June 7, 2012.)

                         S. 3220 (ORDER NO. 410)

    2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on 
the motion to proceed to S. 3220, a bill to amend the Fair Labor 
Standards Act of 1938 to provide more effective remedies to victims of 
discrimination in the payment of wages on the basis of sex, and for 
other purposes, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be waived.
