    Ordered, That at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, May 7, 2012, the Senate resume 
consideration of the motion to proceed to S. 2343, a bill to amend the 
Higher Education Act of 1965 to extend the reduced interest rate for 
Federal Direct Stafford Loans, and for other purposes.
    Ordered further, That with respect to the cloture motion filed on 
the motion to proceed to S. 2343, the mandatory quorum required under 
Rule XXII be waived; provided, that the vote on the motion to invoke 
cloture on the motion to proceed occur at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, May 8,
