                       UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT

                 CONFERENCE REPORT TO ACCOMPANY H.R. 658

    Ordered, That at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, February 6, 2012, the Chair 
lay before the Senate the Conference Report to accompany H.R. 658, an 
Act to amend title 49, United States Code, to authorize appropriations 
for the Federal Aviation Administration for fiscal years 2011 through 
2014, to streamline programs, create efficiencies, reduce waste, and 
improve aviation safety and capacity, to provide stable funding for the 
national aviation system, and for other purposes; provided, that there 
be up to two and a half hours of debate on the conference report equally 
divided and controlled between the two Leaders, or their designees, 
prior to a vote on adoption of the conference report; provided further, 
that the vote on adoption of the conference report be subject to a 60 
affirmative vote threshold. (Feb. 2, 2012.)
