Senate vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to
S. 968, a bill to prevent online threats to economic creativity and
theft of intellectual property, and for other purposes; provided, that
with respect to the cloture motion filed on the motion to proceed, the
mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be waived. (Dec. 17, 2011.)
