UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS
H.R. 3630 (ORDER NO. 257)
1.--Ordered, That at 9 a.m. on Saturday, December 17, 2011, the
Senate proceed to the consideration of H.R. 3630, an Act to provide
incentives for the creation of jobs, and for other purposes; provided,
that the Majority Leader be recognized to offer a Reid-McConnell
substitute amendment, agreed to by both Leaders; provided further, that
following the reporting of the amendment, the Senate proceed to vote in
relation to the substitute amendment; further, that there be no
amendments in order to the substitute amendment or the bill prior to the
vote; provided further, that the amendment be subject to a 60 vote
threshold; provided further, that if the substitute amendment is agreed
to, the bill, as amended, be read a third time and passed; provided
further, that if the substitute amendment is not agreed to, the Majority
Leader be recognized. (Dec. 16, 2011.)
CONFERENCE REPORT TO ACCOMPANY H.R. 2055
2.--Ordered, That on Saturday, December 17, 2011, upon disposition
of H.R. 3630, the Senate proceed to the consideration of the conference
report to accompany H.R. 2055, an Act making appropriations for military
construction, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and related agencies
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2012, and for other purposes;
provided, that there be 15 minutes of debate: 5 minutes each for the
Senator from Hawaii (Mr. Inouye), the Senator from Mississippi (Mr.
Cochran), and the Senator from Arizona (Mr. McCain); provided further,
that upon the use or yielding back of time, the conference report be
temporarily set aside and that upon the disposition of H. Con. Res. 94,
there be two minutes of debate equally divided in the usual form and the
Senate then proceed to a vote on adoption of the conference report.

debate on the conference report to accompany to H.R. 2055, the Senate
proceed to the consideration of H. Con. Res. 94, a concurrent resolution
directing the Clerk of the House of Representatives to make corrections
in the enrollment of H.R. 3672; provided, that no amendment be in order
to the concurrent resolution prior to a vote on the measure; provided
further, upon disposition of H.R. 3672, there be two minutes of debate
equally divided prior to a vote on H. Con. Res. 94. (Dec. 16, 2011.)

amendments in order to the bill prior to a vote on the measure; provided
